Course Objectives The purpose of this course is to set forth the entire process of filing a civil lawsuit to its termination in an applied manner.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • File a civil lawsuit.
  • Present their case in the lawsuit.
  • Analyze the functions of judicial officials that partake in the lawsuit and their interactions with each other.
  • Sort the procedural phases in the lawsuit.
  • Explain the stages of ordinary and extraordinary recourse against the final decision.
  • Carry out the enforcement of the final decision, after the final decision. has become final.
Course Description This course comprises the topics of filing of a civil lawsuit, its process and the recourse against the decision handed out at the end of the lawsuit.
